González Vera: from the anarchist teenager to a left wing man

Abstract

This article discusses critically the anarchist condition of José Santos González Vera from the moment he gained conscience of social problems until his death. In doing so the author of the article uses a large number of well known sources, that were never employed before to this sort of practice. As a result of the analysis it will proved that after having been part of the anarchist movement González Vera evolved to left wing positions far away from those of his youth.
